It consists of:
- FRAME: made of galvanized steel profile 20/10 thick, Z-shaped, without bottom stop.
- FIXING: standard with clamps, upon request with screws. Lower spacer as standard installation.
- DOOR LEAF: double-skinned galvanized sheet metal, sheet thickness 60 mm, with high-density insulation and internal reinforcement for the installation of an external return mechanism and panic bar
- WATERPROOFING: mounted on the frame.
- HINGES: adjustable, CE marked according to EN 1935 standard.
- RETURN MECHANISM: of the leaf by means of an adjustable spring inserted in one of the hinges.
Standard accessories
- KNOB: pair of knobs on a plate with a steel anti-slip “U” shaped core, certified according to DIN 18273. Standard handle height 950 mm (DPR 503).
- LOCK: fire-resistant with bolt, with CE marking according to standard EN 12209.
- CYLINDER: European coding with 3 keys.
- PLATE: metal bearing the door identification data.
- FOR DOUBLE DOORS:
- Security lock
- Flushbolt for automatic engagement of the passive leaf at the top and bottom
- Control lever for unlocking
- Recessed floor ring for the passive leaf stop.
- FINISH: epoxy polyester powder coating in oven, scratch-resistant embossed surface.
