Fireproof Roller Shutters EI60 – EI120
Double-walled steel fire-resistant roller shutters EI 60 and EI120 are manufactured to order, according to the customer’s dimensional requirements. They have passed test checks according to European standards (EN) and are delivered in various versions.
Types of roller blinds
• Standard Type: vertical lifting and winding around an axis.
• Horizontal Type: Vertical lifting and movement with a 90° inclination to the horizontal plane.
The fire resistance class is specified in the relevant CE certificates issued by the FIRES Institute, s.r.o.
CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS:
- Profile height: 150 mm, Thickness 60 mm.
- Shaft diameter 670 – 950 mm.
- Profile with thermal insulation (thermal transmission is (1.1W/m²K).
- The vertical guides consist of galvanized steel filled with non-combustible material and secured with expansion rubber.
- Certified without shaft cover box.
- Possibility of manufacturing the door in soundproof version (up to 55 dB) and anti-smoke.
- Guaranteed mechanical strength of the door for 50,000 cycles.
ADDITIONAL ELECTRONIC ACCESSORIES:
- Audio-visual alarm function.
- Standalone smoke detection system – control device for closing doors in locations not equipped with EFS.
- Light signals – red-green light used to signal the position and movement of doors.
- Infrared or radar motion detector allows the door to open and close.
- Apron pressure switch to hold the door after contact with an obstacle, during its closing.
- Additional door control buttons, such as key switches, push buttons, remote controls, etc.
DOOR CONTROL
- Industrial motor with a long service life of up to 100,000 cycles.
- Supply 1×230 V/20 A or 3×400 V/10 A.
- Under normal operation, the motor opens and closes the door.
- In alarm mode, the closing speed of the door is regulated by the electromagnetic brake powered by a battery installed in the control panel.
- Depending on the type of motor, the door can be opened manually using a crank or chain.
