Fireproof doors

Our company sells and installs steel fire-resistant doors, class from EI30 to EI180, with certificates according to European Standards EN1634-1.

The door frame is made of sheet metal, thickness from 15/10 to 20/10 as appropriate.

The door leaf, thickness from 60mm, is made of galvanized double-walled sheet metal, thickness from 0.8mm.

Technical Specifications

  • Two hinges per leaf, one of which has a spring, for adjusting the door’s return.
  • Reinforcement plates on the inside of the leaf for possible installation of a panic bar
  • 28mm heat-expandable rubber, for complete sealing of the door in case of fire
  • Key lock

  • Advance mechanism for double-leaf doors
  • Option to choose colors so that the doors also aesthetically cover the customer, harmoniously blending in with the surrounding space.

GLASS FIRE-RESISTANT DOORS

Glass doors offer an effective barrier to fire while adding perfect brightness and elegance to the environment in which they are installed. Available doors with fire resistance class E and EI certification, with one or two leaves in combination with top and/or side fixed glass with steel or aluminum profiles. Their use is mainly suitable for hotels, hospitals, theaters, meeting rooms and in all places where it is necessary to combine aesthetics with high technical safety standards.

Made of:

FRAME: The frame, the glazing frame, the support strips and the entire finished profile are made entirely of aluminum.

ASSEMBLY: all assembly and mechanical fastening means are made with aluminum components.

SMOKE-PROOFING: Double sealing with cold smoke EPDM rubber.

LOCK: fire-resistant lock compliant with CE regulation EN 12209:2003/AC:2005, with Yale cylinder.

KNOB: Fire-resistant knob compliant with safety regulation DIN EN 1906:2002-05, curved handle to prevent accidental entanglement of clothing.

FLUSH-BOLT: on the secondary leaf. Fixed closing axis and self-locking.

PRE-MOVEMENT MECHANISM: compliant with CE EN 1158:2003 regulation, for correct closing of leaves.

RETURN MECHANISM: to ensure the closing of the leaf (mandatory).

HINGES: 3 adjustable hinges, in RAL 9005 black matt electrostatically painted.

GLASS: transparent glass EI 30 – P6B class.

FIXING: on steel support frame

COATING: RAL 7035 epoxy powder

SUPPORT FRAME: (upon request) made of galvanized hollow beams (60x20x2) for installation in the masonry with anchors or expanding dowels.

Each element is certified according to EI 30/EI60-RC3

EI30 fixed fire-resistant glass is an effective fire barrier, adding brightness and elegance to the environment.

Made of reinforced steel and BR4 bulletproof glass, they are particularly suitable for banks, post offices, security institutions and large spaces where aesthetics and high technical specifications must be combined with safety.

FRAME: made entirely of galvanized steel hollow beams, 15/10 thick, with high-density fire-resistant material, internal reinforcements with bulletproof materials.

GLASS: fire-resistant with layers, for internal use, consisting of sheets with interposed fire-resistant material, EI30, bulletproof BR4

Sealing: Double thermally expanding gasket for sealing hot smoke, applied to the internal parts of the glass pane as well as to the external perimeter of the frame towards the masonry.

PAINT: with powder coating in RAL 7035 semi-opaque embossed color.
